Service -
Court Filings are completed immediately and Service of
Process is attempted as soon as the documents are in our possession.
Additional attempts are made at the client's
request. |
| Special
Service -
Court Filings are completed the same day. For Service of
Process, the first attempt is made the same day with additional
attempts on a daily basis. You will receive daily status
reports. |
| Standard Service
- Court Filings are
completed the next business day. For Service of Process, the first
attempt is made the next day, with additional attempts on a daily
basis. Our fee is a flat rate. |
